This site is where we work out the “it depends” answers slowly, in public. Each article is written by a person who used the product long enough to know its quiet annoyances, and is willing to tell you when a cheaper option is the better call.
Who we are
We’re a small team writing from the United States. The founder has spent 10 years working in this industry and started this site after one too many “best of” listicles that read like rewritten press releases.
Contributors are credited on every article they write. If a name appears on a review, that person actually used the product.
